Friends, today we are here with delicacy of Maharashtra (India). With the watering tounge I am introducing the rusky salty and sour snack.
Ingredients:- 5 cup gram flour, 2 cup rice flour, three spoon cummin seed powder, 1cup curd, three table spoon salt and oil for frying
Procedure:- At first mix the rice flour and gram flour alongwith cummin seed powder and add sufficient water to make dough. Afterwards, put a small lump of dough in the chakali maker or moulder. Put the edible oil in the pan for heating afterwards put the make the chakali with clockwise manner in the hot oil. After sufficient frying take out the chakali and serve for the breakfast. Hope you will enjoy the Imdian delicacy.
